The STM 1G DSM intercooler is made in-house using a 1000 HP rated 3.8" Garrett core. The Billet end tanks are tig welded to the core and pressure tested to 50 PSI before it leaves.  

This Intercooler will fit with 1GA and 1GB front bumpers, but WILL require some trimming of the bumper and radiator support for intercooler piping. This intercooler bolts into factory locations - no drilling required, but you will need custom intercooler piping.
